Rigger — Soba

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Soba, Kaduna State. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles The role involves tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦95,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
