Head baker — Barren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Barren County, Kentucky. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
