Electronics assembly operator • Wright County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Wright County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy assembly plant. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day-to-day duties: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Full-time with occasional weekends.
