Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Nacogdoches County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. Your main tasks: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
