You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
