Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Dunklin County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
