Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
