Bread baker • Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
