Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Ritchie County, West Virginia. You will work in a spray booth. Day-to-day duties: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
