We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Hancock County, Illinois. The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
