Vacancy available: rebar foreman (Nevada)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Storey County, Nevada. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
