Powder spray gun operator — Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Madison County, Missouri. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
