Brick and block layer — Nsukka

Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Nsukka, Enugu State. The job is on a commercial construction site. Day to day you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦1,000 per hour plus benefits.
