Maintenance painter — Goliad County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Goliad County, Texas. Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day-to-day duties: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Performance bonus on top of base pay.
