Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Aniocha South, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦11,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
