Great opportunity: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Decatur County, Georgia. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
