Now hiring: we are hiring a tiler in Washington County, Illinois. You should have: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes On a typical shift you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
