Powder coating line operator — Pender County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pender County, North Carolina. The job is in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
