Solid plasterer — Garrett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Garrett County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Six days a week, one day off. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
