Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics.
