Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls 2+ years on the tools preferred.
