Vacancy available: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Bertie County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
