Rough terrain crane operator — Chaffee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Chaffee County, Colorado. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
