Prep cook — Sacramento County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Sacramento County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
