Powder coating sprayer • Isiala Mbano, Imo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Isiala Mbano, Imo State. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Pay around ₦295,000 per month, based on your experience.
