Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Bedford County, Tennessee. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
