Requirements: • Careful handling of tools and components • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work On a typical shift you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station.
