Turning centre operator • Carter County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Carter County, Missouri. You will work at a busy machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
