Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Hancock County, Mississippi. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Day to day you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
