Tile fixer — Rockcastle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile fixer in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Ideal candidate: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level 6+ years on the tools preferred.
