Butcher wanted in Talbot County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Talbot County, Maryland. The job is at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
