Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Calderdale, England. The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
