Stainless steel welder • Custer County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Custer County, Nebraska. You will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
