Shuttering carpenter — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Johnson County, Missouri. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Part-time with flexible hours.
