We are recruiting: construction labourer (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction labourer in Hempstead County, Arkansas. The job is on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day You will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
