CNC milling operator — Johnson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Johnson County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift On the job you will handle: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
