Commis chef wanted in Sumter County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Sumter County, Florida. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
