Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Numan, Adamawa State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
