Lathe operator — Chattooga County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Chattooga County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Rotating shifts.
