Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Lincolnshire, England. Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Rotating shifts.
