Gas meter installer — Carbon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Carbon County, Wyoming. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate 3+ years on the tools preferred.
