We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. The role involves inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 4+ years on the tools preferred.
