Cnc setter-operator — Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Hamilton County, New York. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On the job you will handle: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
