We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Shani, Borno State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦3,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
