Restoration bricklayer • Itasca County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Itasca County, Minnesota. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Rotating shifts.
