Immediate opening: conventional mill operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Callahan County, Texas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On the job you will handle: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
