Electronics assembly operator — Nobles County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will work at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work The role involves: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
