Join our team: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will work in a refurbishment property. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline The role involves polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster.
