Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Henry County, Ohio. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day to day you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
