The role involves: • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer You should have: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling 5+ years on the tools preferred.
